All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages or for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Item Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 48 hours from the delivery date to inspect their order and report any issues. After this 2-day window, we will no longer be able to assist with any claims.
